CARTA Maintenance Facility
Description: AEC worked closely with a security contractor to install a new security system throughout the CARTA facility. This project also included installation of power for new truck lifts, new lift station, fuel tank monitor system, lighting as well as updated the fire alarm system.

AWC Community Center
Description: This 24,000 square foot multi-use recreation facility is a LEED (Gold) certified project. This facility consists of a 3-phase 1600-amp service with 8 panels, lighting protection system, Leviton Daylight Harvesting lighting control System, custom lighting package, HVAC power, branch circuits, and site lighting.

Goodwill Administration Building
Description: A 28,000 sq. ft. 2 story building that serves as Goodwill's corporate office. This was a fast paced project included 1200-amp 120/208-volt service and gear, branch circuits, fire alarm system, site lighting, devices, HVAC feeders, and over 450 light fixtures.

Jones Apparel Group & Stanley Upfit
Description: A 306,000 sq. ft. warehouse with 2400-amp-277/480-volt service. AEC divided the electrical for the warehouse in half for the owner and split service to accommodate two tenants and the common area. Allphase worked extensively with SCE&G, general contractor, owner, and engineer enabling a smooth service transition. AEC then up fitted 153,000 sq. ft. with a new 1300-amp- 277/480-volt service, 3 panels space for Staley power, and specialty pen and sleeve receptacles throughout the space.

Cintas Warehouse
Description: This 60,000 sq. ft. project consisted of 10,000 sq. ft. office and 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse. An 11 section – 2500-amp 277/480-volt custom IFS (Integrated Facility System) Cutler Hammer switch gear with over 417 lights was installed as well as site lighting. All Electrical work was completed in 8 months.

Summerville, SC Airport

Charleston Air Force Base Family Housing Phase IV
Description: AEC completed all electrical work for ten new residences which include the Wing, Group, and Squadron Commanders. Work consisted of secondary services for twelve residences (10 new and 2 existing); communication shelter and two lift stations (all related work for the Lift Stations); install underground duct banks for Bellsouth, Comcast, and base communications systems (over 60,000' of raceway); install duct bank new generator and relocated existing one; and installed (54) 30" with 36" collar concrete pole bases, pole lights, and (35) direct buried pole lights for roadways and jogging trails.

Naval Weapons Station South Annex Gate #4
Description: This was a design build project that included 100 kva transformer, 50 kva transformer, 2 manual transfer switches, 4 main panels, site lighting, high voltage feeders, gate controls, communication conduit with underground totaling over 25,000' of conduit for new pass and badge office and three guard post with canopies. All work was performed during a 3 month duration.

Belk Department Store – Northwoods Mall
Description: Complete renovation of 102,000 sq. ft. retail store. AEC furnish and install all new lighting, power, fire alarm system and ninety-five floor boxes for casework. Project was split up into 11 phases. All work was completed while Belk's remained opened and fully operational. This project consisted of several difficult obstacles with AEC successfully overcoming them all.

Park West Recreation Center
Description: Furnish and install a complete electrical package for an indoor pool and recreation facility.
